Our standard dryer vent cleaning includes:

• Cleaning of an accessible residential dryer duct / dryer vent run

• Disconnecting the dryer from the duct where reasonably accessible

• Removal of built-up lint from the accessible duct path

• Cleaning of the accessible exterior vent termination when reachable from normal ground-level access

• Reconnection of the dryer duct after cleaning

• Basic airflow check when practical

• Cleanup of loose lint and debris from the immediate work area

Additional work may be needed for damaged, crushed, disconnected, or inaccessible ducting, roof vents, attic or crawlspace access, pest nests, exterior vent cap replacement, appliance issues, or duct repairs outside a standard cleaning.

This service is intended for standard residential dryer vent maintenance. Dryer appliance repair, new duct installation, duct rerouting, wall-opening work, and guaranteed resolution of drying or airflow issues are not included unless specifically arranged in advance.
